Secretary General of the ESC

The Secretary General assists the President and the other bodies in the administration of the ESC and is responsible for implementing the decisions that have been taken.

 By unanimous decision of the General Assembly session of the 25th November 2011, Mr. Apostolos Xyraphis is appointed as Secretary General of the ESC.
